David Dalton, our Realtor for the sale of property for the Estate of Johnnie L. Kirksey, Roxbury, MA, was excellent to work with and so dedicated to ensuring that the sale went smoothly to the end. Although we also had great legal support of Eric Rothenberg, Esq. as our estate lawyer, it was combined with David's hard work, dedication and focused attention that helped us complete this complex, many layered sale.
David's knowledge, client care and professional manner was outstanding and for someone like me, who didn't know a MLS from a lamp post, he was always available (even while away on other business) to assist us close the deal. Not only did David help us accomplish our goals to sell the property in a timely manner at the highest price possible, but he also worked tirelessly to assist us overcome the numerous barriers we encountered. As the Administratrix of the estate, David patiently guided and educated me, so that I was better able to understand and work through all the problems and he did it all with a bright smile and a re-assuring manner that kept my anxiety level down and kept us on track to a final sale.
It was a pleasure doing business with him and I will highly recommend his services to all my colleagues and friends.
~ Johnnett West-Netter, Administratrix
Where do we even begin to express our gratitude for all of your work as our realtor? Since the first day that we met to discuss if home ownership was even a possibility to the night before closing when we hit a snag, you have been there to guide us.
To us, you weren't just a realtor. You were an educator. From the start, you showed us that home ownership was attainable. At the beginning, you gave us an overview so we understood the basic process. At each step along the way, you explained and taught us about what would happen. You consulted us on the steps to take. We trusted that we were in good hands.
One of your biggest strengths is your communication. Whether by email, phone, or text, you replied in a timely manner and had answers for us. Always a professional, you never left us waiting for the information that we needed.
Another thing that sets you apart from other realtors that we screened is your ability to listen. You heard our conerns. You listened carefully and helped us make thoughtful decisions. After we toured a home, you allowed us to think out loud without swaying out opinions. You never tried to push a house on us, but when you were asked for opinions or advice, you offered honest answers. We appreciated that you weren't trying to sell us a house, but your were helping us to purchase a house.
For someone new to the profession, you are truly oustanding. You have exceeded every one of our expectations. Future clients working with you are fortunate to have your knowledge, care, and guidance to help them with their home purchase.
We thank you wholeheartedly for all you have done to help make home ownership a reality.
