1. Click the "Broadcast" button at the top of the screen.

2. From the uppermost drop down menu, select whether you would like to send the email to a) All Members b) All Active Members or 3) Marked Members.

3. If you would like to receive a copy of the email when it is sent, check the box to the right, labeled "Send Myself a Copy."

4. Next, in the drop down menu entitled "Mktg Domain" (marketing domain), select the domain name you would like your email to originate from (only available if you have multiple domains).

5. In the "Attachment" section, select from the appropriate drop down menu a hot property, selected property, or custom web page (one of your web pages) that you would like to attach to your email.

6. Next to "Subject," enter a subject line for the email.

7. Next, type the text of your message in the large text box labeled, "Message."

8. When you are finished, click the "Send Email" button in the upper right.
