Email Signature Controls

1. Click on the "Controls" button at the top of the screen.

2. To change the automatic "signature" that is placed at the end of all your emails, select "Edit Email Signature."

3. Your current email "signature" is displayed in two text boxes on the screen. To change your signature, click into the top text box and modify the text.

4. To save your new signature, click the "Save Changes" button. Your new email signature will preview in the second text box complete with your font settings.

5. If you do not wish to have any signature, uncheck the "Signature Active" check box.

6. Click "Save Changes" and then "Return."

Branded Email Address Controls

1. Click on the "Controls" button at the top of the screen.

2. To select an email address you wish to use as the "from" address on all emails being sent by the iMaxWebSolutions system, click "Select My Branded Email Address."

3. Select an email address from the drop down list. If you need to add a new email address to the list, you have to go to "Manage Email Accounts." (also an option in the "Email Controls" area.)

4. Click the "Save Changes" and then "Return."

Text Email Header / Footer Controls (to add a slogan to your emails)

1. Click on the "Controls" button at the top of the screen.

2. To add a slogan or advertising message to your emails, click "Text Email Header / Footer."

3. Click into the top text box, labeled "Email Ad," and enter the text of your message.

4. Above the text box, select whether you want your text to appear at the "Start of email," "Before signature," or "After signature."

5. Click the "Save Changes" and then "Return."
