How Do I Change IDX (Public) MLS Search Access and Public Search Towns?
1. Click on the "Controls" button at the top of the screen.
2. To turn IDX (public) MLS searches on or off, or to edit IDX (public) search towns, click "Public Search Access (IDX)," located in the "MLS Controls" section.
3. Check or uncheck the box for "Turn on Public MLS Search Access" located at the top of the "Public MLS Search Access" page.
4. At the bottom of the page, under "Public Search Towns," you may edit the IDX search towns. For complete instructions on how to add or remove search towns, please see the help section for "Property Search."
5. You can also edit your public access message by clicking into the text box in the middle of the page, which is labeled, "Current Public Access Message."
6. When you are finished with any changes you have made on this page, click "Save Changes" and then "Return" (buttons are located at both the top and bottom of the page).
How Do I Manage MLS Memberships on My Team?
1. Click on the "Controls" button at the top of the screen.
2. To manage the MLS Memberships for your team, click "Manage MLS Memberships," located in the "MLS Controls" section.
3. At the top of the screen, you will see a listing of all current MLS Memberships for your iMax account. If you wish to remove one of them, click the "Remove" link for that MLS Membership (located at the far right).
4. In the section titled, "Add Your MLS Membership," you can add additional MLS Memberships by selecting the MLS from the drop down list and then inputting the Agent's MLS ID. If you need to look up the agent ID, select "Click Here to Look Up Your Agent ID." Click the "Add" button.
5. Click the "Return" button.
How Do I Edit or Create My Privacy Policy?
1. Click on the "Controls" button at the top of the screen.
2. To edit or create a privacy policy for your web site, click "Edit Privacy Policy," located in the "MLS Controls" section.
3. You will see a preview of any existing privacy policy at the bottom of the page.
4. Click into the top box and enter your text to create or edit the privacy policy.
5. Click "Save Changes." The box at the bottom of the page will refresh and display your changes. Click "Return."
