Remove Hot Properties - iMaxWebSolutions help

1. Click the "Hot Properties" button at the top of the screen.

2. Find the property you want to delete on the hot properties list.

3. Click the "Remove from Hot Properties" link for that property (located on the red table header) OR

4. Run a property search to find the hot property and click the "(hot prop -)."

How do I remove multiple hot properties?

1. You are able to remove multiple hot properties simultaneously within a property type.

2. Click the "Hot Properties" button at the top of the screen.

3. In the drop-down menu at the top of the Hot Properties page, select the type of hot properties you wish to remove: LD (land), CC (condo), SF (single-family), MF (multi-family), or CI (Commercial / Industrial).

4. Click the "View" button.

5. All your hot properties will now display in a property search results format.

6. Select all the hot properties you wish to remove by clicking the check box for each property.

7. In the action menu drop down list in the top left, select (under the "Hot Properties" heading) "Remove Selected Properties."
