View and Edit Hot Properties - iMaxWebSolutions help

1. Click the "Hot Properties" button at the top of the page.

2. The "My Hot Properties" screen displays all of your hot properties.

3. To view the property's Listing Sheet, click the "...MORE" link or click the "Home Details" link for that property.

4. To view all your hot properties as a property search, select the appropriate property type from the drop down menu and click "View."

5. To schedule an appointment for a property showing, click "Make Appointment."

6. To record notes for a hot property, click "Add Notes for this Property."

7. To view all notes on hot properties, click the "Show All Property Notes" link near the top of the screen.
