How do I download a member's data?

1. To download a member's data, click the "Members" button at the top of the screen.

2. Run a member search.

3. Select the member you are looking for from the "Member List" by selecting the "edit" link for that member.

4. In the "Agent Controls" section at the top of the "Member Profile" page, you will see a "Download Member Data" button. To the right of the button are two drop down menus. In the first drop down menu, select the download format. The choices are "as V-card" (Virtual Business Card, used by email programs), " as CSV file" (Comma Separated Values), and "as Tab-Delimited file."

5. In the next drop down menu, select whether you will be downloading for a Mac computer, for a PC computer, or for the UNIX operating system.

6. Click the "Download Member Data" button.

7. Depending on which option you selected, you will get a prompt where you can either save the file to your computer or open it from its current location.

8. To select the fields you wish to download, click the "V-Card Pref," "CVS Pref," or "Tab-Delimited Pref" link (depending on your selected download format).



How Do I Download All Selected Members' Data at Once?

1. Run a search that will display the list of all your members.

2. Mark the members whose data you want to download.

3. A section will display at the top that indicates how many selected members you have. Click the button that says, "View / Modify Selected Members."

4. At the bottom of the next screen, you will see a section entitled, "Download contact information for selected members."

5. From the drop down list to the right of "Download Member Data," select "as V-Card," "as CVS," or "as Tab-Delimited File."

6. Select "For Mac," "For PC," or "For UNIX."

7. (Optional) Select "V-Card Prefs," "CSV Prefs," or "Tab-Delimited Prefs" to define or modify fields to download. Click the "Save Changes" button and then the "Return" button.

8. Click the "Download Member Data" button.
