When a new member is created, the default Daily Email Options are set to send property emails in multiple parts if the email exceed 60K in size. Some vendors like AOL, Yahoo and some company sites do not correctly process large emails. To identify a multi-part email, look at the email's subject line which will state, for example: "(Part 1 of 3)."

To change this email setting, Log in, go to the Member's Profile, click the "Email Options" link and go to the Daily Email Options section of the Profile. Next, uncheck or check the setting: "Send updates in many small parts instead of one big message."

To change your own Daily Email Options, login, click the "My Preferences" button and follow the instructions above.

How can I tell if an email has been sent by the system to a member?

Property Search Emails

To see a record of property search results that have been sent to a member:

1) Click the "Member" button at the top of the screen.

2) Run a search and locate the member.

3) Click the "Edit" link for that member.

4) Click the "Email Options" link.

5) In the "Daily Email Options" section, click the "View Your Prior Property Emails" link.

Other system-generated emails and one-on-one emails

To see a record of other emails generated by the system as well as emails you sent to one member via the system:

1) Click the "Mail Log" button at the top of the screen.

2) Click the "Show Sent Emails" button.
