How Do I Search for Members? Find My Members Who Recently Visited My Site 1. Click on the "Members" button at the top of the screen. 2. On the Member page, go to the section labeled "Find My Members Who Recently Visited My site." 3. To the right of "Find Members Who," select "Logged On," "Registered," "Viewed a Property," or "Saved a Hot Property" from the drop down list. 4. To the right of "in the last," select a number of days from the drop down list. 5. If you have a team, to the right of "days for," select an agent or "all agents" from the drop down menu. This will find the members assigned to the selected agent. 6. Next to "Members Per Page," select a number of members you would like to display per page in the search results. 7. Click the "Search" button. Advanced Member Search 1. Click on the "Members" button at the top of the screen. 2. On the Member page, complete any sections of the "Advanced Member Search" section with criteria you would like to include in your search. You can leave fields blank if you are not interested in including them in your search. 3. Advanced Search Criteria include: a. First and last name (you can search by the first letter of the names as well). b. Email address. c. Ranking. d. Members who registered during a particular date range. e. Members who have or have not: logged on, viewed properties, viewed the same property several times, or saved hot properties during a particular date range. f. Signup source. g. Lead status. h. Lead type. i. Property addresses enabled or disabled. j. Property statuses members can search for. k. Property types members can search for. l. Members who logged on within the last "x" minutes. m. Email format types: Select HTML (photos) or plain text. n. Members who receive email updates. o. Members who have a particular hot property (by listing number). p. Maximum search price range. 4. Click the "Search" button. Reverse Member Search 1. To find members searching for a particular property type, price range and town(s), click on the "Members" button at the top of the screen. This search is useful in identifying all members you want to send a Broadcast to that promotes one or more properties. 2. Go to the "Reverse Member Search" section. 3. Select one of your saved searches from the drop down menu or click the "create a new search" link to make a new search that a user would run to find the property you are promoting. 4. If you have a team, you can run reverse searches for all teammates' members or just one of your teammate's members. 5. From the drop down list labeled, "Members Per Page," select the number of members you would like to display per page in the search results. 6. Click the "Search" button. |
