How do I set preferences for my daily email searches?

1. Click the "My Preferences" button.

2. Select "Email Options" from the "Quick Links" menu.

3. To enable either daily email alerts or daily cellphone / pager alerts, check the box for "Send Daily Property Updates."

4. The top half of the "Daily Email Options" box (colored light gray) deals with daily email alerts.

5. To include the listing agent's remarks check the box next to "Include Listing Agent's Remarks About the Properties."

6. To send a daily email even if the search did not turn up any results, check the box next to "Send email even if none matched."

7. To send email updates in a number of smaller messages, which is necessary for users of AOL and Yahoo, for example, instead of one large message, check the box next to "Send updates in many small parts instead of one big message."

8. Select a format for your email messages: either "Plain Text" or "HTML" (property photos).

9. To view past daily emails, click the "View Your Prior Property Emails" link at the top of the box.

10. The lower half of the "Daily Email Options" box (colored a darker gray) deals with daily alerts via mobile phone.

11. To receive cellphone / pager alerts, enter your cellphone or pager address in the text box. Several examples are provided.

12. To receive alerts when a member requests a showing appointment, check the box next to "My Members Request an Appointment."

13. To receive alerts when a member requests property information, check the box next to "My Members Request Property Information."

14. To receive alerts when a member or visitor requests a CMA, check the box next to "A Visitor or Member Requests a CMA."

15. To alter the alert message you will receive, click "Modify Alert Message Contents."

16. Click the "Save All Changes" button.
