How do I view a property activity report?
1) There are two ways to view a Property Activity Report:
click the "Property Search" button or click "Reports" button.
2) Login.
3) Click "Property Search," run a search and click the "Activity" button next to each property.
4) Or
click the "Reports" button and run the desired report.
How do I select, analyze, and save properties?
1) You can analyze or save any selected properties using the Actions Menu.
2) Login.
3) Run a Property Search.
4) Click the check box next to each property. (Checked properties are remembered by the system as "selected properties" until you log out)
5) Use the Actions Menu to:
a) Analyze Selected Properties.
b) Save Selected Properties to Hot Properties file.
c) Save Selected Properties to a CMA.
d) Save Selected Properties as a Saved Search.
How do I print a property flyer, and edit flyer's branding?
1) Login.
2) Run a search to locate the desired property. Click the property's photo to view the property's listing sheet.
3) From the "Actions Menu," select "Print Flyer."
4) To modify the flyer's branding, select "Edit Flyer Branding" from the "Actions Menu."
