How do I search for properties by MLS#?
1) Login.
2) Click the "Property Search" button at the top of the screen.
3) To search for a single MLS #, enter the MLS # in the field labeled, "Lookup One MLS #" at the top of the search area. If necessary, use the drop down menu to select the correct MLS. Click the "View" button.
4) To search for multiple MLS #'s of the same property type, check the box next to "Lookup Many MLS #'s."
5) Select the property type that corresponds to your MLS listing number(s).
6) Enter the MLS listing numbers. Separate the numbers with commas.
7) Using the drop down list in the bottom left, you may select the number of properties you would like to view per page of search results. The default number of properties is 50. Other options are 10 and 25.
8) If you would like to save the search you have created, check the box next to "Save this search?" Next, input a name for your search and select whether you would like to receive alerts or updates. Click the "Save Search" button.
9) Click the "Search" button in the lower right.
