What web site and member reports are available and how do I use them?
How Many People Visited My Website
1. To view information on visitors to your site, the number of times your site has been visited, and page views, click the "Reports" button at the top of your screen.
2. In the section entitled, "What's happening on my web site?," fill in the fields in the line that begins "How many visited between...," selecting a specific domain or all domains and indicating the start and end dates for the period you wish to view site visit information for.
3. Click the "Run Report" button.
4. The "How Many People Visited My Site" report displays information for each day within the time period you specified.
Property Activity Report
1. To view information on how many times a particular property has been viewed and who has viewed it, click the "Reports" button at the top of your screen.
2. In the section entitled, "What's happening on my web site?," in the line that begins, "Who looked at...," select an MLS and enter the property's MLS number.
3. Click the "Run Report" button.
4. The "Property Activity Report" displays summary information as well as a list of those who viewed the property.
Most Active Properties
1. To find out which properties have been viewed the most times within a certain date range, click the "Reports" button at the top of your screen.
2. In the section entitled, "What's happening on my web site?," fill in the fields in the line that begins "What properties were viewed...," specifying the minimum number of times a property must have been viewed and indicating the start and end dates for the period you wish to see viewed property information for.
3. Click the "Run Report" button.
4. The "Most Active Properties" report displays information on properties which have been viewed at least a certain number of times.
5. To view detailed information regarding one of the properties on the list, click the "View" link for that property.
