How do I create a password protected page?

Any page in iMax can be password protected. The page access can be restricted to different types of users which are:

1. All Members or All Client Members or All Buyer Members or All Seller Members,
(To mark a Member as a Client or Buyer or Seller go to Member's Profile - scroll down near bottom to Lead Type: Buyer, Seller, Client)

2. All Teammates,

3. The Subscriber,

4. A specific Marked Member (that you selected from your Member List).

To create a password protected page:

1. login - click WebSite button - click Web Pages to display all web pages.

2. Add a New Page on which you will add links to other pages or documents, call it something like Agent Forms.

3. Add links on this Agent Forms page to any pages on your site, or on the internet, or any documents you uploaded to your site.
We have all our office and MLS forms uploaded as PDF files into iMax and then we added a link to each document from this Agent Forms page.

4. Add a new Member to your site:
First Name: Office, Last name: Agents
Email Address: Agents@OfficeForms.com (just make up email address as it is only used to log into the Agent Forms page)
Password: your phone number or something easy for agents to remember.
Fill out required info for a member and Create member. Remove Property Search for this member.

5. Click Members button and find this new member, Office Agents, and Mark this member. Message near top of this page will say: You have 1 Selected Member. Leave this member selected.

6. Click Web Site button.

7. Click Web Pages - find Agent Forms page and click Edit.

8. Click Page Controls button near top of page - go to Access Levels section.

9. Select button next to Specific User Type.

10. Go to Restrict To Specific User and select Office Agents from drop down list.

11. Click Update Page Controls.

12. Edit Side Bar and add link to this new Agent Forms page to your side bar. Call link something like Agent's Only.
