Note: you can only create a web mail account if iMax is hosting your domain's email. If you or your vendor is hosting your domain's email, this feature is not available and must be provided by that vendor. 1. Click on the "Controls" button at the top of the screen. 2. In the "Email Controls" section, click "Manage Email Accounts." 3. Click the "New" button. 4. Next to "Email Address," type a name for the email account (@your primary domain). 5. Check the boxes next to "Save Messages to my Web Mailbox" and "Login Enabled." 6. Type a password for the account next to "Password" and then type it again next to "Confirm Password." 7. Click the "Create" button and then the "Return" button. 8. Allow 4 minutes for your new web mail account to be created before using. 9. Your web mail account is now ready for use.
