How do I use my webmail account? 1. Click the "Webmail" button at the top of the screen or go to http://webmail.imaxsales.net 2. Enter the full email name you created and enter your password. 3. Click the "Login" button. 4. The inbox for your webmail account will open; this is where you will receive all incoming email. On the left navigation bar, you will see 4 default folders where email can be organized. You can move any selected email to one of these folders by selecting the email, selecting the folder, and then selecting move. Available folders: a) INBOX (your Inbox) b) INBOX.Drafts (where you will store emails you are working on. c) INBOX.Sent (where copies of messages you have sent are kept) d) INBOX.Trash (emails that you moved to trash). 5. The Inbox has several standard fields to display information about incoming emails: "From," "Date," and "Subject." To sort by one of these fields, click the small grayish-black square to the right of the name of the field. 6. To create a new email, click the "Compose" link. 7. If you have additional questions about webmail, click the "Help" link once you have logged into your webmail account. 8. Note: Your web mail account holds 200 MB of data. If you exceed this limit, mail will not be delivered to your web mail account. Periodically purge your emails by selecting the emails you want to delete and selecting the "Delete" button. |
