How do I create a new property search for a member? 1. Click the "Members" button at the top of the screen. 2. Run a member search. 3. Select the member you are looking for from the "Member List" by selecting the "edit" link for that member. 4. Click "My Searches" from the "Quick Links" section. 5. Click the "Create New Search" link. 6. The "Property Search" page displays. Select your search criteria. (If you have questions about how to create a search, please view the help area for property searches). 7. Underneath the "More Search Options" link, you will see a check box labeled "Save this Search?" Check the box and an area for saved searches will display. 8. Enter a name for your search next to "Save as". To the right, check off any types of updates you wish your member to receive for the search. Click the "Save Search" button. 9. Click the "Return to (Member name)'s profile" link at the top of the screen. 10. When you view the Member Profile page again for your member, you will see the new search you created is now listed in the "My Searches" section. You have the option to "Run," "Edit," or "Delete" each one of the listed searches for the member. 11. Your member will now be able to run the search you created when they log into their account and access the saved searches. Your member will receive updates for the search depending on what options you selected for updates. How do I add a hot property to my member's hot property file? 1. Run a search and find the property. 2. View the listing sheet for the property. 3. In the Actions Menu, select "Add to Members' Hot Property." 4. Select one or more members. (Only members with search criteria to view this property appear on the member list) 5. Click the "Add Hot Property" button. How do I transfer a member to one of my teammates? 1. Click the "Members" button at the top of the screen. 2. Run a search to locate the member you are looking for. 3. Click the "Edit" link to edit the member. 4. On the member's profile page, click the "Access Controls" link from the "Quick Links" menu. 5. Within the "Access Controls" section, go to "Enable or Change a Member's Access to MLS Data." 6. Select the name of your teammate from the "Member's Agent" drop down menu. 7. Check the box for "Send Transfer Notice to Member" if desired. 8. Click the "Save Changes" button.
